- Kettlebell Clean x 5 reps (each side)
- Kettlebell High Pull x 5 reps (each side)
- Kettlebell Snatch x 5 reps (each side)
- Kettlebell Press x 5 reps (each side)
- Steel Mace Transverse Wood Chops x 5 reps (each side)
- Steel Club Clock Squats x 5 reps (each side)
