In todays video I demonstrate the kettlebell lateral lunge & clean.
This is a fantastic exercise that get’s you out of the sagittal train and into the frontal plane, something lacking in so many peoples exercise programs.
The kettlebell exercise combines the upper body and lower body so is metabolically demanding, i like add this exercise towards the end of the workout or drop a few sets in as part of a flow.
