Coz the steel mace is still so new, many exercises don’t have global names or have been recently made up.
This is my favourite steel mace exercise.
I haven’t seen anyone else do this before so I’ve called it the ‘Bondi swing’.
It’s excellent for;
- Shoulder strength
- Grip strength
- Rotational core strength
- Leg strength
- Cardio
