Completed my Level 1 + 2 Kettlebell course over the weekend with https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg and took a bunch of knowledge away with me that I’ll use with future clients as well as my own training regime. Explained clearly and in a super fun, interactive way. The workouts are killer too highly recommend.
