Just completed my Kettlebell level 1 and 2 course in Darwin with https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg, coming from a bodybuilding and strength background kettlebells are something I’m not used to and I thought it was going to be a little bit boring.

But, https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg made things easier and we had so much fun doing it!

Definitely something I will include in my clients programming from now on 😊
