I was fortunate enough that https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg was holding a few workshops on the Sunshine Coast and I’m really glad I made the trip up.

I’ve done both of https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg’s Clubbell and Kettlebell workshops and I’ve learned a lot doing both of them. The Steel Clubbells were completely new to me and https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg took us through all the core movements so that a beginner would be able to get through. The same for https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg’s kettlebell Workshop. We started off getting the key movements right before dialling up the skills.

More than anything, I like the functional movement base that https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg is providing. This isn’t something I’m experienced in different gyms across Brisbane and I’m glad I took up the opportunity to train with https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg.
