I did the Kettlebell Level 1 and 2 in Sydney. I recommend this class for anyone looking to improve their skills and knowledge. The class was very hands-on. It was not only fun and interactive but also very well structured. We got a lot of practice time (to teach the technique as well as to do the movement). I am now confident (and qualified) to program it in my group fitness classes! Thanks Dan for the great course!
