I did the Level 1 Kettlebell course with https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg in Adelaide – I’m not a PT, I was doing it for my own development and it was definitely a day well spent. https://academy.dangerouslyfit.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/healthy-dinner-recipes.jpg certainly knows his stuff and being a trainer-based course, you have a chance to recap properly by showing a classmate how to do each exercise – it’s a great way to make sure you have learned it. 5 stars, would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to learn to lift and swing a bell properly!
