I completed two days of kettlebell training with Dan at Dangerously Fit Academy.
Dan is a great coach and I certainly learned many different moves and exercises with Kettlebells.
If you have a client base who would benefit from Functional Training and Strength and Conditioning, I very much recommended the Kettlebell Principles Level 1 and Kettlebell Supremacy courses.
But be prepared for two days of fairly intense physical activity.
