What does the level 1 kettlebell course cover?

What does the level 2 kettlebell course cover?

The level 2 course begins where the level 1 course left off covering double kettlebell exercises, multi-planar movements and advanced variations of swings, cleans, snatches and much more!

We teach hardstyle kettlebell training which emphasises power and tension.

Who is this course for?

I am not a personal trainer, physio, strength coach or fitness professional, can I still enrol in the course?

Yes, for sure! We have many students enrol into our courses for their own personal development.

How long will it take to complete the course?

The course is delivered through our online e-learning platform. There is just over 440 minutes of video to watch which is accompanied by two learner manuals. It will take approximately 6-7 hours to consume the content, then it’s just a matter of practising the kettlebell movements until you become proficient.

How will I be assessed?

For the theory there are 5 multiple choice questions and for the practical you will be asked to submit 5 videos of you performing 5 fundamental kettlebell exercises via WhatsApp, Dropbox, Google Drive or Youtube.

What pass mark do I need to achieve a pass?

You will need to achieve an 80% passmark for the theory and an 80% passmark for the practical.

What if I don't achieve the required passmark?

Well, I just have to say as an already qualified Master Personal Trainer and Qualified Diet & Nutritionist, I already carry a Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor recognized by EREPS and REPS.

However, after a good chat with Dan he insisted I should try Dangerously Fit Level 1 & 2 (online as my business is in Spain)… and WOW WOW WOW what an awesome choice and advice I took.

The Level 1 had basically more exercises to perform than I had to do on my already Level 2, and the DF Level 2 surpasses anything ive witnessed.

Dan corrected several areas which after the correction not only did I feel the difference it made me happy and excited that I can now teach much better and correct form especially on Kettlebell exercises I hadn’t even tried or seen.

The feedback is second to none the video tutorials are so detailed. My only suggestion is if you practice the juggling either first work on fast feet or invest in Steel toe cap trainers!!!!!
